Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms, although small as expected in Japan, were clean, modern, and well-lit, offering excellent value for the price paid. The service provided by the staff was polite, hospitable, and very friendly. The location, perfect for accessing Odori Park and the city center, was a great convenience. The dining options were good but lacked variety for families. The facilities were well-maintained and enhanced the overall experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants and with an Onsen on the 9F. The rooms were spacious and unique with two floors, perfect for our group. The service was outstanding, with friendly and English-speaking staff. The dining experience offered a good variety of Japanese and Western options, and the Onsen was a great bonus. The only downside was the slightly challenging location with luggage.
I was pleasantly surprised by the two-floor room setup at this hotel; it was small but adequate and comfortable, a rare find compared to other hotels. The service was top-notch with polite and courteous staff who were attentive and even stored my luggage for the day. While the location was good and central, it was not the best and could be more convenient, although being close to Odori Park and other key areas was a plus. The dining options offered a good variety of Japanese and Western foods, and the 1800 yen buffet had plenty to choose from. Overall, a decent stay with some unique features but could use a bit more fine-tuning.
